2. Free Returns on Orders Over €30

We cover the cost of return shipping for all orders above €30. For orders under this amount, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
